Ingredients: 40% chickpeas, 30% tahini, 28% water, 1% salt, 1% acidifier (citric acid)
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within three days.
Hummus (from Arabic, meaning chickpeas) is a typical and unavoidable culinary preparation of Near Eastern cuisine (mashrek).
