Preparation:

1- Mix custard, milk, sugar and water in a saucepan.

2- Stir well in the same direction until it boils.

3- Stir the hot mix constantly to avoid sticking.

4- Serve cold and decorated with a fine biscuit.

You can add cocoa syrup.
