Orders are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process. The Customer therefore undertakes to receive the products at the address indicated on the order form.
It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information entered before the order is validated. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient Customer's contact details (in particular surname, first name, street number and name, postal code, city name, telephone number or e-mail address), neither Alepmarket.fr nor the deliverer can be held responsible for the impossibility of placing the order.
The order is delivered in one go. In the event of an order of more than 30kg Alepmarket.fr keeps the right to split the Customer's order into several shipments at no additional cost to the Customer.
Delivery terms and conditions
Delivery extends to the doorway of the address indicated by the Customer and in the presence of the Customer or any person authorized to receive the goods. Deliverers are not required to enter the Customer's home.
No request for delivery of the ordered products can be honoured if the conditions indicated above are not respected by the Customer.
In the event of delivery to the Customer's workplace, the deliverer not having access to the premises, the Customer shall take all necessary precautions so that the deliverer can deliver the order to him and the Customer can accept it.
Alepmarket.fr cannot be held responsible for the delivery of the order to a third party present at the delivery address declared by the Customer during the validation of the order.
As soon as the order is delivered to the Customer at the address indicated and after the Customer has signed the delivery note, the delivery obligation will be carried out. The Seller thus declines all responsibility in the event of subsequent loss or theft.

The amount of delivery charges varies according to the delivery address entered. Delivery costs are automatically calculated and indicated when the order is finalized.

Receipt of products
The Customer undertakes to be present at the delivery address indicated during the entire period of the time slot indicated by the deliverer. The Customer undertakes to sign the delivery note presented by the deliverer. An email is systematically sent to the Customer by the delivery person to inform him of the handling and delivery of his package.
In the event that the Customer is unavailable upon receipt, the deliverer offers the possibility for the Customer to reschedule a new shipment.
The delivery note may be a paper document or an electronic medium kept by Alepmarket.fr as proof of delivery. By signing the delivery note, the Customer acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated on it.
Alepmarket.fr will then use its best efforts to respect the delivery times of the ordered products. In case of late delivery, Alepmarket.fr suggests to the Customer to inform him of this delay by contacting the customer service in order to agree together on the best solution.
